Her account of using it after her second child
In a transcript of her appearance on Not Skinny But Not Fat, Leavitt said she used Ozempic after the birth of her second child. She described vomiting and diarrhea while taking it and said she regained the weight after stopping. She also said she did not consider the experience worth repeating. In the same conversation, Leavitt described a later postpartum period when she was counting macros and working with a nutritionist rather than using Ozempic. These are accounts of distinct periods, not evidence of one continuous treatment history.

Nutrition support and exercise
Her podcast account of macro tracking and working with a nutritionist, alongside the WeightWatchers feature’s description of lifting, points to approaches she has discussed beyond medication. They are personal accounts, not a recommendation or a measure of what works for someone else.
What she has said about hypothyroidism and medication
Us Weekly reported that Leavitt said she had hypothyroidism and that it affected her weight-loss progress. The article says she discussed it with a nurse practitioner at Rise Rejuvenation Center, described nausea and irritability while taking a medication, and said she was weaning off it at the time. What is known—and not known—about her weight change
The cited accounts do not establish a reliable total for how much weight Leavitt lost or the rate at which she lost it. Photos, social media posts, or speculation are not a sound basis for calculating either figure. The accounts also do not establish her present health, treatment, or medication use.

MedlinePlus advises allowing time for postpartum recovery, avoiding rapid weight loss, and waiting for a clinician’s clearance before returning to regular physical activity. Its guidance says people may plan to return to pre-pregnancy weight over 6 to 12 months and gives about 1.5 pounds per week as a suggested pace; those figures are general guidance, not Leavitt’s results or a promise.
