Diana Jenkins left The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after Season 12. She announced in January 2023 that she would not return, saying a high-risk pregnancy and doctor-advised bed rest meant she could not commit fully to filming. Since then, she has welcomed a daughter and remained associated with business and philanthropic work, according to later reports.
Why did Diana Jenkins leave RHOBH?
Jenkins joined the cast for Season 12 in 2022. On January 9, 2023, she announced she would not return for the next season. Her stated reason was her pregnancy: she said it was considered high risk, that her doctor had advised bed rest, and that she could not devote herself fully to filming. Bravo reported her exit statement on January 9, 2023.
That is the documented explanation for her departure. The available reporting does not establish that she was fired or that cast conflict or audience reaction caused her to leave.
Why was she missing from the Season 12 reunion?
Jenkins did not attend the October 2022 reunion in person, months before she announced she would not return. RHOBH producer Alex Baskin said she was genuinely sick and bed-ridden before filming and took part remotely. He also pushed back on speculation that she was avoiding the reunion, saying, “People wondered whether she was dodging the reunion and she was not at all.” Bravo reported Baskin’s comments from BravoCon 2022.

Business and philanthropy remained part of her public profile
Jenkins’s official biography describes her business and humanitarian work, including the Sanela Diana Jenkins Human Rights Project at UCLA and the Irnis Catic Foundation. It also says she produced the book Room 23, with proceeds benefiting human-rights programs. Those details come from her own biographical site. A TV Insider profile published March 5, 2026, described her as focused on family, still running Neuro, leading D Empire Entertainment, and continuing philanthropic work; those are that publication’s reports about her activities. Dated coverage describes Jenkins and Asher Monroe as partners and reports that they have children together. The sources cited here do not establish their current relationship status beyond that reporting, so a present-tense claim about whether they are still together would go further than the available information.
