To repeat a YouTube playlist while watching on your PC, open a video in the playlist, expand the playlist panel beside the player, and click Loop. That repeats the playlist in your browser; it does not create a YouTube Live broadcast. For a continuous live channel playing prerecorded videos, you need a creator live setup and a playback/encoding source. JioFiber is simply the internet connection in either case; it does not add a playlist or live-stream control.
Choose what you mean by “rotate”

Repeat a playlist while watching YouTube
- Open a video that belongs to the playlist you want to repeat.
- Expand the playlist panel to the right of the player.
- In the playlist box, click Loop. YouTube says the video will repeat continuously; for a playlist, the selected playlist repeats.
Autoplay is different: it selects another video after the current one ends. YouTube says Autoplay stops automatically after four hours on Wi-Fi, so it is not a substitute for playlist Loop in a long viewing session. Controls can vary by device; these steps are for a computer browser.
Broadcast prerecorded videos as a continuous YouTube Live stream
A YouTube Live broadcast is a creator workflow, separate from the viewer playlist panel. YouTube offers live creation using a webcam or an encoder. With an encoder, configure the broadcast in YouTube and send the live feed from the encoding software. The playback source must provide the prerecorded material to that feed. Do not assume a particular encoder can loop a file playlist without checking its current documentation.
Local-PC approach: what must stay available
If you use a PC as the playback and encoding source, the PC, playback source, encoder, power, and internet connection all need to remain available for the broadcast to continue. JioFiber does not itself keep the encoder running, and no JioFiber-specific speed threshold or uptime guarantee for this setup is established here. YouTube notes that network congestion can affect live programming even when a connection otherwise seems good.

Keep Windows from interrupting playback or encoding
On Windows 11, open Settings > System > Power & battery and review the screen and sleep controls for the power mode you will use. Screen timeout and system sleep are separate: the display may turn off while the PC stays awake, but system sleep can interrupt browser playback or an encoder. If using a laptop, also check what closing the lid does.
JioFiber and PC troubleshooting
- Video buffers during ordinary playback: update the browser, close unnecessary tabs, or try a different connection. YouTube says a hard-wired connection may help compared with Wi-Fi. Ethernet is optional, not a requirement for playlist Loop or a guarantee of better performance.
- The playlist stops after a video: check that you enabled Loop in the expanded playlist panel. Autoplay alone is not the same control.
- Playback or the broadcast stops when you step away: check Windows sleep settings and, on a laptop, the lid action. For a locally encoded live stream, confirm the playback source and encoder are still running.
- A live stream stalls despite a working connection: network congestion can still affect live programming. No specific JioFiber speed requirement for this setup is established, so avoid treating a single speed-test number as a guarantee.
