The 32nd Annual Actor Awards Presented by SAG-AFTRA took place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 1, 2026. The official red-carpet pre-show, hosted by Paige DeSorbo and Scott Evans, streamed globally on Netflix at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT; the ceremony followed at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT. The show honors actors in television and film, with eligible SAG-AFTRA performers choosing nominees and winners.

What was the 2026 Actor Awards fashion theme?
The official theme, created with ELLE, was “Reimagining Hollywood Glamour From the ‘20s and ‘30s.” Its reference points included fluid, body-skimming bias-cut gowns, drop-waisted silhouettes and Art Deco influences. That gives a useful lens for looking at the arrivals, but not every outfit needs to be read as a literal period costume.

There was no official worst-dressed designation. O’Neill’s Washington Post critique described the event overall as mostly sartorially subdued despite the new dress code, and his comments on Mindy Kaling’s Yara Shoemaker dress and Demi Moore’s Schiaparelli look were his own critical judgments. They should not be treated as consensus findings or as objective results.

The distinction matters: a dress can be less explicit about the period theme, more restrained than a reader prefers, or simply outside a critic’s taste. The galleries document what people wore; the “best,” “boldest” and “worst” labels belong to the publications and writers using them.
