पहले पता करें कि काली स्क्रीन कहाँ दिख रही है—सामान्य ब्राउज़र में, Streamlabs Desktop के preview या recording में, या सिर्फ़ YouTube के live output में। इन स्थितियों के कारण और जाँच अलग हैं। इस playlist-transition समस्या के लिए Streamlabs या YouTube का कोई पुष्ट, विशिष्ट fix उपलब्ध नहीं है; इसलिए नीचे दिए परीक्षणों से पहले symptom को सीमित करें और किसी दूसरे तरह के black-screen issue का उपाय इस पर सीधे लागू न मानें।
पहले जाँचें: black screen कहाँ दिखाई देती है?
एक ही playlist को नियमित browser playback और Streamlabs में अलग-अलग जाँचें। जहाँ काली स्क्रीन आती है, उसे नोट करें: वीडियो के बीच transition पर या पूरे playback के दौरान। इससे पता चलेगा कि समस्या YouTube playback, Streamlabs के किसी source, या केवल outgoing stream में है।
- ब्राउज़र में भी: उसी वीडियो को अकेले और playlist में चलाएँ। अगर दोनों में समस्या है, तो Streamlabs से आगे की जाँच करें।
- Streamlabs preview या local recording में: पता करें कि सामग्री browser/window capture, display capture, game capture या किसी अन्य media source से आ रही है।
- सिर्फ़ live output में: दर्शक को दिखने वाले output की तुलना Streamlabs preview और recording से करें। यह अंतर दर्ज करें; उपलब्ध आधिकारिक मार्गदर्शन इस विशिष्ट playlist स्थिति का कारण तय नहीं करता।
Streamlabs के Known Issues पृष्ठ पर कुछ अलग blank या black editor लक्षण सूचीबद्ध हैं, लेकिन YouTube playlist videos के बीच black screen वाला यही मामला नहीं: Streamlabs Known Issues।
क्रम से ये परीक्षण करें
1. एक वीडियो और playlist की तुलना करें
पहले playlist के किसी वीडियो को अकेले चलाएँ, फिर वही वीडियो playlist में चलाएँ। यदि अकेले playback ठीक है और काला frame केवल videos के बीच आता है, तो transition-विशिष्ट व्यवहार नोट करें। यह अंतर समझने का diagnostic test है, Streamlabs द्वारा प्रकाशित playlist fix नहीं। एक दूसरी playlist भी आज़मा सकते हैं और देख सकते हैं कि वही समस्या दोहरती है या नहीं।

2. यदि YouTube browser playback में भी समस्या हो
YouTube की computer playback troubleshooting के अनुसार, browser और system updates जाँचें, browser restart करें, खुले tabs कम करें और किसी दूसरे supported device पर परीक्षण करें: YouTube वीडियो playback की समस्याएँ ठीक करना। यदि दूसरे device पर playback ठीक है, तो उस तुलना को अपने notes में रखें।
3. यदि browser में video rendering गलत दिखे
YouTube की hardware-acceleration और graphics-driver सलाह उसके green-player symptom के लिए है—यह Streamlabs playlist transition का पुष्ट समाधान नहीं। फिर भी यदि browser में video गलत render हो रहा है, तो अलग browser में जाँचें, browser hardware acceleration बंद करके देखें और graphics driver update उपलब्ध है या नहीं जाँचें: YouTube का green video player troubleshooting। बदलाव के बाद वही अकेला video और playlist फिर से जाँचें।

4. Streamlabs में source type के अनुसार जाँचें
केवल तभी Streamlabs की game-capture troubleshooting अपनाएँ जब प्रभावित सामग्री वास्तव में game capture source हो। Streamlabs के निर्देशों में capture source हटाकर फिर जोड़ना, Desktop को administrator के रूप में चलाना, capture mode और overlays जाँचना, drivers/software update करना, और जहाँ लागू हो borderless fullscreen या window capture आज़माना शामिल है: Streamlabs game-capture black-screen troubleshooting। ये कदम browser window, YouTube player या playlist को अपने-आप ठीक करने वाले उपाय नहीं हैं।
Display capture या browser/window capture प्रभावित हो तो पहले source का नाम और वह किस तरह जोड़ा गया है, दर्ज करें। Game-capture निर्देशों को दूसरे source पर लागू करने से पहले यह पुष्टि करें कि मामला सचमुच game capture का है।

5. यदि समस्या केवल preview, editor या Studio Mode में है
Streamlabs के अलग editor/preview black-screen मामले playlist transition का प्रमाण नहीं हैं। Streamlabs के 20 सितंबर 2026 के Studio Mode लेख में कुछ उपयोगकर्ताओं के editor-only black screen के लिए Windows Display settings में HDR बंद करने का workaround दिया गया है; लेख playlist transition को HDR से नहीं जोड़ता: Streamlabs Studio Mode editor black-screen लेख। इसे तभी प्रासंगिक मानें जब आपका लक्षण उसी editor-only स्थिति से मेल खाता हो।
लक्षणों में फर्क क्यों ज़रूरी है
- Game-capture black screen, editor canvas का blank होना, Studio Mode editor का काला दिखना और browser playback की समस्या अलग-अलग लक्षण हैं।
- YouTube की hardware-acceleration सलाह green-player issue से जुड़ी है; उसे playlist transition का आधिकारिक fix न समझें।
- Streamlabs के एक repository note में notebook display-capture की विशिष्ट समस्या के लिए graphics-device सलाह है। वह संदर्भ-विशेष/legacy जानकारी है, सामान्य playlist fix नहीं: Streamlabs repository का विशिष्ट capture संदर्भ।
- इस सटीक समस्या के लिए उपलब्ध स्रोत कोई सामान्य कारण, incidence rate या एक निश्चित समाधान स्थापित नहीं करते।
Streamlabs Support को क्या भेजें
अगर समस्या दोहरती है, तो destructive reset करने से पहले अपना setup सुरक्षित रखें और support को ऐसी जानकारी दें जिससे वे source और failure location पहचान सकें।
