It lists monthly compute and outbound-transfer allowances that may suit a carefully configured stream, but they do not guarantee that a particular virtual machine will be available, that your stream will fit every limit, or that the broadcast will stay online without interruption. If you want continuous playback without managing a server, StreamNeo is a cloud alternative; its first day is free, but ongoing 24/7 use is not a free plan.
Which option fits a free 24/7 stream?
| Option | What the provider information supports | Fit for a free 24/7 stream |
|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo | Cloud playback of uploaded videos to YouTube; the first day is free with no card. Ongoing service is billed by slot and term. | Convenient cloud operation, but not free ongoing hosting. It is the first option to consider if avoiding server setup matters more than having a permanently free plan. |
| DIY encoder on OCI Always Free compute | Oracle lists Always Free AMD and Arm compute, including monthly Ampere A1 allowances, plus up to 10 TB of monthly outbound transfer. These are cloud-account allowances, not a streaming certification. Oracle Cloud Free Tier | Best-supported candidate for a no-subscription cloud VM, if you can configure and monitor it and your account can provision a suitable resource. |
| Upstream | Upstream says its free plan includes 24 streaming hours per month, while an always-on channel requires a paid plan starting at $30 per month. Upstream | Not enough free hours for continuous operation: a 30-day month has about 720 hours. |
| playout.video | Its church page advertises a free plan with one 1080p stream, a watermark, and 10 GB of library storage; its main page says 24/7 channels are included on paid plans. playout.video church streaming · playout.video | Potentially useful for testing or scheduled services, but the cited pages do not establish that continuous 24/7 streaming is free. |
Provider plan details can change. Confirm current prices, entitlements, regional availability, resource limits, and terms on the provider’s own pages before committing. Oracle’s free-tier page distinguishes Always Free resources from 30-day trial credits; trial credits should not be mistaken for a continuing free allocation.
1. StreamNeo: the easiest cloud alternative, not a free ongoing plan
StreamNeo is a cloud service for keeping a YouTube channel live from uploaded videos. Upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. Playback continues in the cloud, so your computer and home internet connection do not have to remain on.
- One flat price per slot, regardless of uploaded quality, up to 4K 60fps; StreamNeo streams files as uploaded without re-encoding or quality tiers.
- Each slot includes one always-on stream, 10 GB of storage per slot pooled across active slots, looping and playlists, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and support from the StreamNeo team.
- The first day is free with no card, once per account. Terms are available by day, week, month, six months, or year, and can be cancelled at any time. UPI and cards are accepted in India; card checkout is available worldwide. Contact support for five or more slots.
StreamNeo sends uploaded video to YouTube; it does not broadcast a live camera feed. The same product is included on every plan—the term changes, not the feature set. For a cost comparison against keeping a computer running, see the cloud vs PC cost calculator.

- 【AMD Ryzen 7330U】 – The Efficiency-Tuned Powerhouse,AMD Ryzen 7330U (Zen 3, SMT, 4C/8T) in KAMRUI P2 mini PC crushes rivals: Intel i3-10110U (2C/4T, 2019) and N95 (4 efficiency cores, no HT, single-channel memory). Vs predecessor Ryzen 3 4300U (4C/4T): ~50% faster single-core, ~46% multi-core, 8MB L3 cache (vs 4MB). Beats both Intel chips hugely in multi-core, making heavy multitasking, coding, data work smooth at just 15W TDP. High-end power in a cool, efficient box.
- 【AMD Radeon Graphics】– Triple 4K Vision & Fluidity,The integrated Radeon Graphics (based on the modern Vega architecture with 6 CUs) is a visual beast, outclassing the iGPU offerings from both AMD's prior generation and Intel. The Intel UHD Graphics (i3-10110U/N95) struggles with single-channel memory and low execution units, crippling its gaming performance and barely handling basic 4K video without stuttering. While the older Radeon Vega 5 (4300U) was decent, our 7330U's Radeon Graphics (6 CUs) pushes the boundaries, delivering higher graphics clock speeds (up to 1.8GHz) and significantly better rendering capabilities. It can drive triple 4K@60Hz displays with zero lag, edit photos/videos.
- 【Generous Storage & Easy Expansion】The KAMRUI Pinova P2 mini desktop computers comes with 16GB LPDDR4X RAM (higher frequency, lower power) for buttery‑smooth multitasking, and a 256GB M.2 SSD for blazing fast boot‑up, quick file transfers, and no more long loading screens. It also features two storage expansion slots (1x M.2 2280 SATA/NVMe PCIe 3.0 slot + 1x M.2 2280 SATA slot), supporting up to 4TB total (not included). You’ll have all the space you need for projects, media, and important data.
- 【Triple 4K Display Output】The KAMRUI Pinova P2 mini desktop pc is equipped with HDMI 2.0 ×1 + DP 1.4 ×1 + USB 3.2 Gen2 Type‑C ×1 (with DP Alt Mode), enabling simultaneous triple 4K@60Hz output. Whether for home entertainment, remote work, or conference room presentations, it delivers an immersive visual experience. Two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type‑A ports (up to 10Gbps – 21x faster than USB 2.0) make data transfers and device expansion a breeze.
- 【USB 3.2 Gen2 Type‑C: 10Gbps & Versatile Connectivity】The USB 3.2 Gen2 Type‑C port on the KAMRUI P2 small pc supports 10Gbps data transfer speeds and can also output DisplayPort 1.4 video. Together with Gigabit LAN, Wi‑Fi, and Bluetooth, you get a fast, flexible, and productive connected environment – wired or wireless.

2. OCI Always Free: the strongest-supported DIY route
Oracle lists Always Free compute resources that include AMD and Arm options. For Ampere A1, Oracle’s 2026 listing gives monthly allowances of 1,500 OCPU hours and 9,000 GB-hours, plus up to 10 TB per month of outbound data transfer. These are account-level cloud limits, not a promise that a specific stream profile will work or that a VM will be provisioned in your preferred region. Check Oracle’s current free-tier terms and limits for eligibility, availability, and applicable restrictions.
A VM supplies a cloud computer, not a ready-made devotional channel. You still need to put your media on the server, configure software to play and encode it, send the output to YouTube, and monitor the machine and broadcast. Oracle’s published allowance does not document a particular encoder’s compatibility, automatic reconnect behavior, or uptime for your stream. Do not assume an unpaid trial-credit balance is a permanent Always Free resource.
Before choosing OCI
- Check whether your account is eligible and whether the desired VM shape is available in a region you can use.
- Review the current compute and outbound-transfer limits, and estimate how your stream’s actual output will use them. The cited limits alone do not establish that every resolution or bitrate will fit.
- Plan how you will install and maintain the encoder, store or transfer the media, restart playback after a failure, and notice if the stream stops.
- Check billing safeguards and account limits directly with Oracle; availability and provisioning are not guaranteed by the published allowance.
3. Managed playout plans: convenient, but not proven free for 24/7
Upstream
Upstream says its free plan provides 24 streaming hours per month with no credit card, and that an always-on channel needs a paid plan starting at $30 a month. That free allowance can cover limited testing or occasional scheduled use, not a continuous month. Check Upstream’s current plan details because prices and terms may change.

playout.video
playout.video’s church page describes a free plan with one 1080p stream, a watermark, and 10 GB of library storage. Its main page places 24/7 channels on paid plans. Those published details make the free offer relevant for trying the service or scheduling limited streams, but do not establish free, uninterrupted 24/7 hosting. Verify current entitlements on the church plan page and main site.

Make sure the channel can go live
YouTube Help says a channel must be verified and must not have had live-streaming restrictions in the past 90 days to enable live streaming. Check the current requirements in YouTube’s live-streaming help before configuring your cloud encoder.
Use the encoder workflow and protect the stream key
YouTube supports encoder-based live streams. In YouTube Studio, create or schedule a live stream, then configure your encoder with the server URL and stream key shown for that stream. Treat the key like a password: do not publish it, include it in a public screenshot, or leave it in shared scripts. If you believe it has been exposed, replace or reset it in YouTube Studio and update the encoder.
YouTube’s cited help page sets a limit of 10 active streams per channel and 3 active streams per stream key. These are platform limits, not a recommended target. Use a distinct stream key where your setup requires separate concurrent outputs, and verify the current guidance in YouTube Help.

Use media you have permission to broadcast
YouTube requires live-stream content to comply with its Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Devotional subject matter does not itself grant rights to a recording, song, image, film clip, or other material. Use content you have permission to broadcast, and review YouTube’s live-streaming policies. The copyright safety checklist can help you check your materials before scheduling a stream.
How to choose between a VM and managed cloud playback
- Choose OCI if keeping subscription costs at zero is the priority and you are prepared to configure, maintain, and monitor a cloud VM. The available information supports it as a plausible free-tier route, not a turnkey or guaranteed 24/7 service.
- Choose a managed service if you would rather upload media and use a provider’s playout workflow than administer a server. Check whether its free allowance covers the hours you need; the cited Upstream free allowance does not cover continuous use, and the cited playout.video pages do not establish free 24/7 availability.
- Choose StreamNeo if you want uploaded videos to loop from the cloud without leaving your own computer on, and are willing to pay for continued use after its one free day.
For devotional programming, also consider how often you need to change the playlist, whether a visible watermark is acceptable, how much library storage you need, and who will respond if the stream stops. The cited provider pages do not establish comparable uptime guarantees or identical recovery features across these options.
Or let it run in the cloud
With StreamNeo, upload your recording or create a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live. Nothing at home has to stay on; it streams your uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one price per slot, and it automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card; the monthly plan is $9.99 per month.
