To create a Streamlabs Cloudbot loyalty store, enable Cloudbot, switch on the Loyalty System, then add a reward under Loyalty → Store. Choose an access code, sound effect, or stream perk; set its name, description, point cost, quantity, and cooldown; and decide whether viewers can redeem it in chat or through your Cloudbot tip page.
Before you create rewards
Cloudbot must be enabled before you can configure its loyalty features. In Streamlabs, open Cloudbot, select Loyalty, and turn on Enable Loyalty System. You can give points a custom name, choose which activities earn points, and prevent selected users from earning them. Streamlabs’ current Quick Guide to Setting Up Cloudbot confirms this setup sequence; its page reports an update on July 7, 2026.
The store is for digital rewards and creator-provided perks. Streamlabs describes it as a way for viewers to spend points on sound effects, perks, or access codes.
Choose the right reward type

Add and configure a store item
- Open the store: In Streamlabs, enable Cloudbot if you have not already. Select Loyalty in the left navigation, open the Store settings, and choose Add Your First Item.
- Select a reward type: Choose Access Code, Sound Effect, or Stream Perk according to how you will fulfill the reward.
- Enter the item details: Add a clear name and description, then set the loyalty-point cost, quantity, and cooldown. Use a thumbnail if you want one.
- Configure the reward content: For an Access Code item, supply the codes and choose how they should be distributed. For a Sound Effect item, upload the sound file. For a Stream Perk, describe what the viewer receives and how you will deliver it.
- Set redemption requirements: Add requirement fields only when you need information from the viewer to fulfill the reward. Decide whether the item should trigger a redemption alert, and, if chat redemption is available, set the keyword viewers will use.
- Save and check the viewer-facing details: Make sure the description explains the reward, the point cost is visible, and any requirements tell viewers what information to provide.
Match quantity and cooldown to fulfillment
Set the quantity to reflect how many redemptions you can actually fulfill or how many codes you have available. Use a cooldown to pace repeat redemptions. A sound that plays automatically may need different limits from a perk that requires you to contact or assist each viewer.
Use requirements only when they are needed
Requirements can collect information needed to deliver a perk, but they affect where viewers can redeem. Streamlabs says items with two or more requirement fields cannot be redeemed in chat. Its store guide recommends making items with requirements redeemable only through the tip page.

How viewers redeem items
In chat
For an item configured for chat redemption, viewers type !redeem <keyword>, replacing <keyword> with the keyword you set for that item. Chat is suitable for straightforward redemptions that do not need multiple viewer-provided details.
Through your Cloudbot tip page
Viewers can also sign in to your Streamlabs Cloudbot tip page and redeem items there. Direct viewers to the tip page for items that need information fields; in particular, items with two or more requirement fields cannot be redeemed in chat.

How redemption alerts work
If you enable a redemption alert for an item, you can customize it in the Alert Box under Cloudbot Redemption. A sound-effect reward, by contrast, is configured as an item that plays through the alert box when redeemed. Check that the alert content and any uploaded sound match the reward viewers see in the store.
Troubleshooting common setup problems
- You cannot find the store controls: Confirm that Cloudbot is enabled, then switch on Enable Loyalty System under Loyalty.
- A viewer cannot redeem in chat: Check that chat redemption is enabled for the item and that the viewer is using the configured keyword. If the item has two or more requirement fields, chat redemption is not available; direct the viewer to the Cloudbot tip page.
- An access code is not delivered as expected: Check that codes were supplied and review the item’s code-distribution choice.
- A sound reward does not play: Verify that the item is a Sound Effect and that its sound file and alert-box setup are configured.
- A perk is hard to fulfill: Clarify the description and add only the requirement fields needed to carry it out. Route items needing viewer details to the tip page.
