In the January 2025 TV Insider interview, Garth joked about Abrams: “The thing about my husband is he is younger, but he is literally like an 80-year-old man trapped in a younger man’s body.” It was her humorous personal description, not a literal biographical detail.

At the same time, it opened up for what’s next in our relationship and communicating in a much different way now.” The interview’s surrounding transcript does not preserve the full question context, so her comment is best read as her account of those conversations rather than a complete explanation of the couple’s history.
Their February 2025 conversation is available as iHeart’s “Love Stories: Jennie Garth and Dave Abrams”. Its automatically generated transcript should be treated cautiously.
