You can stream a Bengali video playlist to YouTube Live around the clock by running a playlist-capable encoder on a server and sending its continuous output to YouTube with the stream URL and stream key from YouTube Studio. First confirm that you have the rights to every video and audio track, enable live streaming on the channel, then test the encoder and monitor it after launch. YouTube does not prescribe a particular server build or playlist scheduler, so the exact setup depends on the software you choose.
Check rights and channel eligibility first
Use only videos and audio that you own or are properly licensed to stream on YouTube in the territories where viewers may watch. YouTube scans live streams for third-party matches, including copyrighted audio. A detected match can replace the stream with a placeholder and interrupt or terminate the broadcast. Even if you have a license, a rights owner may need to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. YouTube’s livestream terms also require the provider to have the necessary rights, including applicable music licensing rights. See YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams and its Terms of Service.
- Verify that your license covers livestreaming, the intended platform, and the relevant territories—not just personal playback or on-demand uploads.
- Keep a record of licenses and permissions, especially for music, performances, archival footage, and material supplied by other creators.
- If a rights owner uses Content ID, ask whether your channel needs to be allowlisted before starting the continuous stream.
YouTube requires a verified channel with no live-streaming restrictions in the preceding 90 days. First-time activation can take up to 24 hours, so enable it well before your planned launch. Follow YouTube’s live-streaming setup guidance to check eligibility.
Choose how the server will make and send the playlist
The server needs two related functions: a playlist reader or scheduler that supplies prerecorded videos in sequence, and an encoder that produces and sends the outgoing feed. YouTube supports encoder-based livestreaming, but its setup guidance does not prescribe a specific server operating system, playlist package, or restart tool. Confirm in the documentation for your chosen software that it can play the files you have, move to the next item, loop or schedule the playlist as needed, and keep sending a continuous feed.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Decide whether to encode on the server
If the files already match the output format you intend to send, a workflow may be able to pass them through or encode them as part of playback; the exact capability depends on the software. Encoding on the server adds processing demand. The reviewed YouTube guidance does not establish a minimum CPU, RAM, disk, or network specification, so size the server for the chosen encoding mode, media, output resolution and bitrate, and reliability goals. Do not treat an untested sample command or a generic server size as a guaranteed 24/7 configuration.
Plan for continuity, not just playback
A playlist starting successfully does not prove it will recover from a missing file, a stalled process, or a dropped connection. Before choosing a stack, check how it reports playback and connection failures, whether it can resume or restart, and how you will monitor it. Restart behavior is software-specific; YouTube does not prescribe an automatic recovery mechanism for your server process.

Create the YouTube event and connect the encoder
- Open YouTube Studio and create a live stream. Use Live Control Room to configure the event and choose its visibility. YouTube distinguishes the live broadcast—the event—from the live stream—the feed and settings sent by the encoder. Its Live Streaming API overview explains that distinction and describes continuous broadcasts, but it does not guarantee that a particular encoder will run indefinitely.
- Copy the stream URL and stream key into the encoder. YouTube’s encoder instructions have you enter these in the encoder’s stream or destination settings. The key is a credential: keep it private, do not put it in public scripts or logs, and regenerate it in YouTube Studio if it is exposed.
- Choose an ingest protocol your encoder supports. RTMP and HLS are not interchangeable configuration recipes. YouTube says HLS has higher latency than RTMP; choose based on your encoder’s support and your latency needs. Do not apply HLS-specific playlist requirements to an RTMP setup.
- Configure and start the playlist workflow. Set the playlist order, looping or schedule, audio handling, and output settings in the software you selected. Confirm that its output is a continuous feed YouTube can accept. The specific controls and values depend on that software and the source files.
If you use HLS ingest
Follow YouTube’s HLS ingestion requirements. The feed must use supported codecs and a single encoded stream with muxed audio and video over HTTPS using a persistent connection. Use TS segments of 1–4 seconds, no byte ranges, and a rolling media playlist with no more than five outstanding segments. Send requests with HTTPS POST or PUT; do not add encryption beyond HTTPS. These are HLS-specific requirements, not general RTMP settings.
Test the stream before leaving it running
- Start with a private or unlisted test. In Live Control Room, wait for the encoder feed and preview, then check that both video and audio are present and in sync.
- Test more than the first playlist item. Let the workflow advance to another Bengali video and verify that transitions, audio, and any intended looping behave as configured.
- Check visibility and stream status. Confirm the event is set to the audience you intend before changing it from a test to a public broadcast.
- Monitor the running system. YouTube recommends previewing in Live Control Room and continuously monitoring audio and video quality. For a server deployment, also check encoder-process health, media availability, and connection status. The particular alerts and restart procedures depend on your software and host.
- Keep a local recording if you need a dependable copy. A YouTube archive is not assured for a very long continuous event; use a recording workflow you control if retaining the full program matters.
Understand the archive and DVR limits
YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived. For streams longer than 12 hours, an archive may not be captured at all, and DVR rewind may be limited or unavailable beyond 12 hours. Do not rely on one uninterrupted, indefinitely running event to preserve a complete recording. If an archive matters, keep a local recording and plan event sessions with these limits in mind. See YouTube’s live-stream archiving guidance.

Choose between operating a server and using a cloud service
With a self-managed server, you choose and operate the playlist and encoder stack, and you are responsible for monitoring its process and connection. YouTube’s encoder page also lists cloud services such as Gyre as examples, but the cited YouTube information does not establish their current pricing, support, or reliability. Check a provider’s current terms and confirm it supports your playlist and workflow before relying on it.
