Where to watch James
The confirmed streaming home is SonyLIV. A separate SonyLIV Kannada page presents the full movie and shows a premium marker with a “Subscribe Now” prompt. That means viewers should expect that a paid plan may be required; the film should not be advertised as free to watch.
Open SonyLIV and search for “James,” then check that the result is the Puneeth Rajkumar film before subscribing. A title appearing in an old aggregator, search result or fan upload is not proof that an official stream is active.

Is James on Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar or Amazon Prime Video?
The available platform evidence separates SonyLIV from the three services named in the question:
- Netflix: No current first-party confirmation was found. Netflix’s India home is netflix.com/in.
- Disney+ Hotstar: No current first-party confirmation was found. Check the India service at hotstar.com/in.
- Amazon Prime Video: No current first-party confirmation was found. Its service is at primevideo.com.
This is not a permanent claim that the film can never appear on those platforms. Streaming licenses can move, and catalogs differ by country. For the latest status, rely on each service’s own title page rather than a third-party database.

Languages, audio and subtitles
SonyLIV identifies listings for Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The platform’s Hindi listing and Tamil listing corroborate the dubbed-language presence. The audio and subtitle selector can differ by country, account, device and app version, so check playback options after signing in.
Subscription and regional limitations
SonyLIV’s premium indicator and “Subscribe Now” prompt mean access may depend on an active subscription. No subscription price is quoted here because plans, mobile-only offers and regional promotions change frequently.

- A title may appear in search but be locked behind a paid plan.
- A “not available in your region” message can reflect local licensing.
- One language track may be visible on one device but not another.
- A bundle that includes SonyLIV does not guarantee that every title is available in every territory.
If the title page is unavailable, search SonyLIV for the 2022 film starring Puneeth Rajkumar and compare the synopsis before paying.
