Which T-Mobile Apple TV offer do you have?
T-Mobile currently describes two different Apple TV benefits. They have different prices and end conditions.

Is the free deal ending on one universal date?
No. As of August 16, 2026, T-Mobile’s current offer and FAQ pages do not publish one company-wide deadline. The six-month offer is tied to your own activation date.

- Activated March 31, 2026: verify the account because the billing system may use a specific cycle date.
- Activated August 16, 2026: the period would generally run until about February 16, 2027, subject to the date shown in your account.

How to find your exact Apple TV deadline
In the T-Life app
- Open T-Life.
- Select Manage.
- Open See plans or Plan details.
- Select Manage add-ons.
- Open the Apple TV feature and look for the trial status, renewal information or $3 monthly price.

- Sign in to your T-Mobile account.
- Open Account → Manage Add-ons.
- Locate Apple TV.
- Read the promotion status, billing period and next charge.
If no date appears, save a screenshot of the displayed offer and contact T-Mobile before the expected renewal.
What happens after six months?
Apple TV On Us automatically becomes a recurring T-Mobile-billed subscription at $12.99 per month, or the then-current price, unless you cancel. T-Mobile says the $12.99 rate began January 1, 2026; that date changed the listed price, not necessarily the end of your free period. See T-Mobile’s Apple TV support page.

This is a monthly subscription charge, not a one-time post-trial fee. Decide based on actual household use, rather than treating an expensive wireless-plan upgrade as a way to obtain streaming value.
How to cancel before the paid renewal
- Sign in to T-Life or T-Mobile.com.
- Open Manage add-ons. In T-Life, use Manage → See plans → Plan details → Manage add-ons.
- Deselect the Apple TV feature.
- Select Continue.
- Review the order and the warning that removing the offer may make it unavailable through T-Mobile.
- Select Agree & submit.
T-Mobile describes this cancellation as future-dated, so access generally continues through the relevant billing period. Cancel several days before the expected renewal when the account does not show a clear date, then check the next bill. Removing the feature can forfeit the ability to reclaim the promotion.

Check whether Apple is billing you separately
If you subscribed directly through Apple before redeeming T-Mobile’s benefit, check your Apple Account subscription and payment settings as well as your T-Mobile add-ons and bill. T-Mobile says an existing paid Apple TV subscription may pause while the T-Mobile benefit is active, then resume or transition to T-Mobile billing depending on the account arrangement. Do not assume one cancellation stops both billing sources.
The offer requires registration with Apple and an Apple Media Services account. T-Mobile also says its offer cannot overlap with an Apple-provided free trial; an Apple trial must end before the T-Mobile benefit is activated. Details are in the FAQ.

Eligibility, access and account exceptions
- The promotion is for U.S. customers, with one offer per T-Mobile account.
- The qualifying line must remain in good standing, and the exact rate-plan version matters.
- Activation or processing can take one or two billing cycles.
- Android users can watch in the Apple TV app or a web browser; an Apple device is not required.
- Family Sharing can provide access to up to five additional family members, for six users total. See Apple’s Family Sharing guidance.
- A plan upgrade, downgrade, migration or account restructuring can change eligibility. Recheck the benefit after any change.
- Business accounts follow different rules. Some SSN-billed business accounts may qualify with a promotion code, while Tax ID accounts may not; certain business offers last 12 months.
If the cancellation option is missing
Possible reasons include being neither the Primary Account Holder nor an authorized user, an offer that has not finished activating, a recent port-in, a pending order, or billing directly through Apple. T-Mobile recommends waiting for a recent port-in to complete and using an eligible account manager; see its troubleshooting instructions.
If you cancel T-Mobile service
Canceling the wireless account immediately ends the T-Mobile-provided Apple TV membership because T-Mobile is no longer the payment method. To avoid an interruption, subscribe directly through Apple at tv.apple.com.
Should you keep it?
- Keep Apple TV On Us after renewal if your household regularly watches Apple Originals or other Apple TV programming and accepts the $12.99 recurring charge.
- Cancel if the service is unused or you are reducing monthly subscriptions.
- Keep the $3 benefit if you already have a qualifying plan; do not upgrade to a substantially more expensive wireless plan solely for streaming.
- Subscribe directly through Apple if you want Apple TV without depending on T-Mobile plan eligibility.
The Bottom Line
Find the Apple TV entry under T-Mobile’s Manage add-ons now. Your six-month deadline is personal, not a universal date; cancel before the displayed renewal if you do not want the currently listed $12.99 monthly charge.
