Brazil’s official terms listed priced Claro TV+ and Netflix bundles; in Colombia, Netflix can be activated and billed through Claro; and in Peru, Netflix may appear as an app that still requires its own subscription. The country, package and contract terms determine what “with Netflix” means.
What does a Claro TV+ and Netflix offer include?
There are three different arrangements that can be described as Netflix “with” Claro:
- A combined bundle: Claro TV+ and a selected Netflix tier appear as components of one package and a combined monthly charge.
- A Netflix add-on: A Claro customer adds a Netflix tier to an existing service, with the Netflix charge shown separately.
- Claro billing: Netflix remains a Netflix subscription, but the customer pays through a Claro invoice. This does not by itself mean a discount or Claro TV+ membership.
An app appearing on a Claro TV+ device is another matter: app access does not necessarily include a Netflix subscription.
Brazil: dated Claro TV+ bundle prices
Claro Brazil’s April 2025 terms listed Claro TV+ 4K and Claro TV+ Soundbox Cable combinations with Netflix. These are dated reference prices in Brazilian reais, not confirmation of prices currently available in 2026; Claro says promotional values and provider prices may change. The listed Netflix Standard with Ads component was R$20.90 per month.

The same April 2025 terms listed the base Claro TV+ 4K component at R$124.00 and Soundbox Cable at R$134.00 before Netflix. The package total is not necessarily a customer’s entire telecom bill: Claro says the Claro TV+ amount may be added to other products in an eligible Claro Multi package. Check the current offer, any equipment or installation fees, and the final bill before signing. (Claro Brazil April 2025 terms)
Netflix tiers and equipment limits
The Brazilian terms offered Standard with Ads, Standard and Premium. The tier—not the number of Claro TV+ boxes—governs Netflix features such as ads, video quality, downloads and simultaneous streams. Check Netflix’s current description of the selected tier, since benefits can change.

Claro’s July 2024 terms specifically state that renting additional Claro TV+ equipment does not grant Netflix access on every extra point or increase the plan’s simultaneous-screen allowance. A household with several televisions should compare the Netflix tier’s screen limit with how many people stream at once. (Claro Brazil plan terms, July 2024)
Colombia: Netflix through Mi Claro
Claro Colombia announced on April 20, 2024 that customers could subscribe to Netflix through Mi Claro and charge it to a Claro postpaid or home-service bill. This is a billing and subscription route, not necessarily a discounted Claro TV+ bundle. Claro’s customer page describes selecting Netflix in Mi Claro, accepting the terms, completing verification if requested, and receiving activation information at the registered email address. That customer page lists Basic at COP18,900, Standard HD at COP29,900 and Premium Ultra HD at COP44,900 per month. These are Colombia-specific prices shown on that page, not Brazilian prices or a current price guarantee. The page also describes mobile postpaid bundles; a mobile data offer is not automatically a home Claro TV+ television package.
Peru and the Dominican Republic have different TV+ arrangements
Claro Peru’s April 17, 2024 announcement described Claro TV+ as combining live television with streaming apps. Netflix and Amazon Prime could be preloaded, but customers still had to sign in and subscribe; the app’s presence did not supply free Netflix membership. (Claro Peru Claro TV+ announcement)

Claro Dominican Republic announced in January 2024 that Claro TV had evolved into an internet-connected Claro TV+ service, which it said had been available since November 2023. That announcement describes the local TV service; it does not establish that the Brazilian bundle prices or Colombian billing process apply there. (Claro Dominican Republic announcement)

Activation is country- and offer-specific. For Colombia, use Mi Claro and the Netflix option described by Claro; do not assume that the same menu path applies in Brazil, Peru or the Dominican Republic. Before activating, check the existing Netflix account’s payment page. If it is already billed through another provider, an app store or a gift card, confirm how that billing will be handled rather than creating a second subscription accidentally.

- Confirm the offer is available for your Claro service and location.
- Review the selected Netflix tier, combined recurring price and any contract or promotional conditions.
- Use the local Claro app, customer portal or sales process to choose the offer.
- Accept the applicable Claro and Netflix terms and complete any requested identity or account verification.
- Link an existing Netflix account if the local flow supports it, or create an account; check which company will bill it.
- After activation, verify the Netflix account and payment method, then sign in through the Netflix app on a supported device.
The available country-specific Claro information does not establish one universal transfer policy for existing Netflix accounts. Confirm directly with both services whether an account can be linked, whether billing transfers, and whether any existing subscription must be canceled.
Cancellation, commitments and price changes
In the Brazilian terms, some offers had a 12-month minimum commitment, while other package options could be offered with or without a minimum term. The exact commitment is offer-specific. The terms warn that canceling one component or changing a Claro Multi configuration may cancel the combined offer; remaining services can move to non-promotional standalone prices, and a minimum-term penalty may apply if the customer is still within the commitment period. Is a Claro TV+ and Netflix bundle worth it?
Compare the full recurring cost with the services you would otherwise buy separately, including the price after any promotion. The Netflix component, equipment, commitment and cancellation consequences matter as much as the advertised monthly total.
- A bundle may suit you if you already want Claro TV+, prefer one bill and the chosen Netflix tier and commitment fit your household.
- Separate Netflix may suit you better if you only want streaming, need easy cancellation, already pay for Netflix through another channel, or do not want the TV service or equipment.
Before ordering, verify the country-specific offer, total price, promotion end date, Netflix tier, simultaneous-stream allowance, device compatibility, existing-account rules, and whether Netflix can be canceled without changing the Claro TV+ price.

Claro Colombia’s TV page lists compatible-device categories and examples including Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K, Fire TV Stick Lite, Xiaomi Mi TV Stick and Chromecast 4. Support depends on the local app and device; check Claro’s current list for the model you plan to use. Claro TV+ app compatibility and Netflix app availability are separate questions.
