The Grammys 2025 red carpet livestream from PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly aired on February 2, 2025, at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT. Patrick Gomez and Janine Rubenstein hosted interviews, fashion coverage, and arrivals before the 67th GRAMMY Awards; the completed event can now be found only as a possible replay or archive.
The joint PEOPLE/EW production was one of two major red-carpet viewing options that began at 6 p.m. ET. The Recording Academy ran a separate official special at the same time, so archive-seeking viewers should check the program name and publisher before assuming they have found the PEOPLE/EW show.
Key takeaways
- PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly’s joint red-carpet pre-show aired on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT.
- Entertainment Weekly Editor in Chief Patrick Gomez and PEOPLE Editor at Large Janine Rubenstein hosted the PEOPLE/EW coverage.
- The pre-show covered arrivals, interviews, fashion, nominees, performers, and other attendees before the 67th GRAMMY Awards.
- The main GRAMMY telecast followed at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS and Paramount+.
- The Recording Academy’s separate GRAMMY Live From The Red Carpet special began at the same time but was not the PEOPLE/EW production.
Where could viewers watch the Grammys 2025 red carpet livestream?
The PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly red-carpet livestream was distributed through the PEOPLE and EW websites and their social channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The program was a pre-show for the 67th GRAMMY Awards, rather than the ceremony itself.
The livestream aired on February 2, 2025, so current readers should look for a replay or archive rather than a live broadcast. Platform availability can change after an event ends. Check PEOPLE, Entertainment Weekly, and their official social accounts for a surviving recording, and do not assume that every original post or the complete program remains online.

Who hosted the PEOPLE and EW Grammys pre-show?
Patrick Gomez, Entertainment Weekly’s Editor in Chief, and Janine Rubenstein, PEOPLE’s Editor at Large, hosted the joint pre-show. The contemporaneous PEOPLE/EW announcement described coverage centered on artists and other guests arriving at Los Angeles’s Crypto.com Arena.
What did the PEOPLE and EW red-carpet show cover?
The PEOPLE/EW production focused on the arrival experience before the ceremony. Viewers could expect red-carpet interviews, first looks at fashion, conversations with nominees and performers, and coverage of other attendees entering the venue.
The pre-show was therefore useful for viewers who wanted celebrity arrivals and fashion coverage before the awards telecast. It was not a replacement for the GRAMMY ceremony, the earlier Premiere Ceremony, or the official Recording Academy red-carpet production.

The main ceremony began at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, with Trevor Noah hosting for the fifth consecutive year, according to the Recording Academy’s host announcement.
Was the official GRAMMY red-carpet stream the same as the PEOPLE/EW show?
No. The PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly pre-show and the Recording Academy’s official red-carpet special were separate productions that started at the same advertised time: 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT.
The Academy called its production GRAMMY Live From The Red Carpet. The special featured red-carpet interviews and fashion highlights hosted by Cassie DiLaura and Taylor Hale, and it was distributed through live.GRAMMY.com and the Recording Academy’s official video and social channels. The Academy described that stream as available live and on demand shortly afterward, but a 2026 reader should verify whether a complete replay is still hosted.

Can viewers still watch the 2025 red-carpet coverage?
Viewers can check the PEOPLE, EW, and Recording Academy archive pages for a replay, but the continued availability of a complete PEOPLE/EW recording is not verified. The original event took place in 2025, and publisher websites and social platforms may remove, shorten, or reorganize event video after the live broadcast.
The Recording Academy has an identifiable official archive page for GRAMMY Live From The Red Carpet. That page confirms the Academy’s separate production and its on-demand description; it does not establish that the PEOPLE/EW program is still available there.
What was the 2025 GRAMMY wildfire-relief context?
The 2025 GRAMMYs took place during the Los Angeles wildfire crisis. The Recording Academy said the awards and Premiere Ceremony would help raise funds for wildfire relief, support music professionals and others affected by the disaster, and honor first responders. The Academy’s red-carpet information also directed viewers toward the Recording Academy and MusiCares Los Angeles Fire Relief Effort. This context was part of the event’s broader purpose, separate from the PEOPLE/EW livestream’s red-carpet coverage.
Official 2025 GRAMMYs merchandise
The Recording Academy’s official viewing guide identified an official 2025 GRAMMYs merchandise collection sold through the GRAMMY Awards’ Amazon store, including hoodies, beanies, bags, and other products. Readers interested in a 2025 Grammys hoodie should treat the collection as historical merchandise: inventory, listing status, sellers, and prices may have changed since the February 2025 ceremony.
