Love Island USA Season 7’s finale is on Peacock, and there is no general free legal stream currently listed in the United States. You may still be able to watch it without paying a separate Peacock bill if you qualify for a bundled benefit, such as Peacock Premium through Instacart+, or have a Peacock promotion in an existing provider account.
The finale premiered on July 13, 2025. It is not a live event that is still waiting to air: Season 7 is complete, and Peacock identifies Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales as its winners.
Can you watch the Love Island USA 2025 finale for free?

That does not mean every viewer must pay a new Peacock subscription. The legitimate possibilities are:
- An eligible Instacart+ benefit that includes Peacock Premium.
- An existing internet, cable or membership bundle with a Peacock offer attached to the account.
- A Peacock promotion or trial that is actually displayed during sign-up.
- A Peacock subscription if no no-additional-charge option applies.
These options are conditional. Do not assume that every new Peacock customer receives a free trial, that every Xfinity customer receives Peacock, or that the finale is available free on NBC’s regular website.
Best legitimate no-separate-Peacock-charge option: Instacart+
Eligible U.S. Instacart+ members can receive Peacock Premium at no additional charge. Instacart’s documented benefit is the ad-supported Peacock Premium tier, not Premium Plus, and it is subject to eligibility and the terms in effect when you activate it.
Existing Instacart+ members should look for the Peacock benefit in their Instacart account. Some eligible Instacart+ trial members may also receive the benefit during the trial period. The trial may require a payment method and can convert to a paid Instacart+ membership unless it is canceled under the applicable terms, so this is best treated as a qualified trial or bundled benefit—not a guaranteed free stream for everyone.

How to activate the benefit
- Sign in to Instacart through the app or website.
- Open the Instacart+ membership or benefits area.
- Check whether a Peacock Premium offer is available on your account.
- Choose the activation option and sign in to an existing Peacock account, or create one.
- Open Peacock and search for Love Island USA.
Activate the benefit before trying to play the episode. If Peacock asks you to choose a paid plan instead, stop and verify that the Instacart offer was successfully linked rather than assuming the benefit is active.
Check your existing internet or cable benefits
Some provider and membership packages include Peacock Premium as an account-specific promotion. Xfinity, for example, documents activation for customers who have received a qualifying Peacock offer through their Xfinity membership. That documentation does not mean every Xfinity or broadband customer gets Peacock free.
Sign in to your provider’s official account portal and search for terms such as Peacock, streaming benefits, included services or entertainment offers. Redeem the offer through that portal—not through an unfamiliar coupon page—and check whether the benefit has an end date or changes to a paid subscription later.
Walmart+, student, military, airline and other promotions may also appear at different times. Their eligibility rules, prices, redemption windows and availability change, so they should be considered only after you verify a live offer in the relevant account.

What Peacock plan do you need?
Love Island USA seasons after Season 4 are classified by Peacock as Peacock Originals, so Peacock is the relevant service for Season 7. You do not need Premium Plus merely to watch the finale.

- Open Peacock on a supported browser, phone, tablet, smart TV, game console or streaming device.

- Search for Love Island USA.
- Select Season 7.
- Choose the finale episode from the season list and press play.
If the finale is missing, confirm that you selected Season 7 rather than a newer season, refresh the app, sign out and back in, and verify the account used for the bundle activation. When did the finale air?
Season 7 premiered on Peacock on June 3, 2025, and the finale was released on July 13, 2025. One Apple App Store event listing displayed July 12 at 9 p.m. Eastern, while Peacock and other contemporary season information identify July 13 as the calendar-date launch. The discrepancy appears to be related to event metadata and time-zone presentation, so July 13 is the date to use when searching for the completed finale.
