Later family-reported updates described her as pursuing a pediatric intensive-care nursing path and expecting to graduate in a future year. That update came through a secondary report of an interview with June, not a university announcement.

The couple moved to Colorado together when Alana began studying nursing. Their relationship has also been part of the family’s reality-TV narrative because of legal problems involving Dralin.

In a May 2025 interview, Alana said that she and June were “in a really good spot” and that she had recently spoken with her mother. She also said that June had been sober for several years. That sobriety timeline is Alana’s description and should be attributed to her rather than presented as an independently verified medical or treatment record.
