The World's Tallest Teens - Real Stories

Born in 1987, Paul Sturgess was once considered the world’s tallest teenager. He was measured by the Guinness Book of World Records, as he was gunning for the record.

His dream of playing in the NBA as the tallest person to ever do it, did not come to fruition. However, he managed to make a name for himself, and a career playing as an English professional basketball player. He last played for the Cheshire Phoenix.

In November 2011, he was measured at 7ft 7.26 and 325lbs. The documentary “tallest teens” follows his story, as well as two other extraordinary teens.

On first glance, being as tall might sound like a dream come true. But there are a lot of challenges and obstacles along the way. The documentary shows how these teenagers coped and managed their height.
