And when it comes to processed foods, they mostly fall into the bad foods group. Why is processed food so popular?

Well, in the past 50 years, technological advances in food production led to overabundance of inexpensive food. That is how processed foods were born. They offer high energy boost for cheap, but it is not much of quality energy.

This documentary focuses on the thoughts of an MD in nutrition, talking about the most challenging public health crises of our generation, childhood obesity.
