It is a kind of magic how Amazon manages to do one-day delivery anywhere in the USA. The challenge is even bigger during the Amazon’s Prime Day event, when there are countless and countless of orders.

In order to manage and handle all orders, on Prime Day, which is an annual shopping event by Amazon, the company employs 250,000 workers in the warehouses. Amazon spends tens of billions of dollars on managing the one-day shipment.

But it is all worth. The company has faced criticism about the working conditions at every step of the process. But the company tries to achieve the incredible challenge.
