Food processing is a process of raw and unfinished materials becoming edible food. Any kind of processing destroys the original vitamins and nutrients and because of that our health is slowly decreasing. That's why we should bat an eye on the things that we eat and remember that health is one of the most important things in our lives. Without it we wouldn't be able to do anything.
