Britain’s Stone Age Tsunami

Tony Robinson explores new evidence of a massive Tsunami that swept over the east coast of Britain about 8000 years ago. Archaeologists have uncovered the story of the people living in Britain at the time, showing they were more sophisticated than we thought, living in homes, eating a range of food and using advanced tools for the time. Then a massive wave swept through the coast of the country, devastating a civilization. New theories on the cause of the tsunami are also revealed, and show the trend in global warming started long before our generation.
