Agony and Ecstasy A Year with English National Ballet

Most people know the agony ballet dancers have to go through to become successful. Being a ballet dancer is one of the hardest things to do. Ballet dancers have to go through strict regime, they need to maintain a certain weight, height, and so on.

And their exercises and the moves they do on scene are just extreme. It is not easy to do what ballet dancers do on scene. That is the sole reason we marvel and enjoy watching the ballet. It looks magical.

But in order to get to that magical feeling, ballet dancers have to go through extreme agony and exhaust their bodies. They practice for hours and hours a certain movement.
