Movement and dance are extremely expressive, and they allow you to escape the reality and world and let loose. Dancing is one of the most releasing and necessary of all activities.

Sadly, we often hold back from the worry that we cannot dance. But that is just BS. This documentary will remind you that there is no such thing as “I Cannot Dance”.

That is the whole point of dancing. Move wildly without same, and by doing so, we connect with others.

And there are also many health benefits of dancing. It improves condition of your heart and lungs, it increases muscular strength, it helps with motor fitness, improves muscle tone, helps with weight management, and gives you better coordination, agility, and flexibility.

So, shall we dance?
