@naierer It must have been due to my mispelling on the last letter of the first word. People can be very fickle, my hands are too big for my touchscreen.

You’re right, but you can be polite too :)

I was actually thinking about the same thing. Don’t get why your comment’s received so many thumb-downs.

    i sincerely hope not!

  10. Thank you Carsten Peter for your wonderful exploration and images. I am from Vietnam, but after watching this clip, I was like ” really ? is this my Vietnam ? “. I think I take my country for granted, and do not bother exploring my own country. I have been to few beautiful places around the world, but non of it could be compared to this one. I guess I need to do things that many foreigners come to Vietnam for: exploring it.

  11. Just amazing… I’m spending time travelling in European and have just seen a Unesco cave, but this one is unbelievably big, beautiful and… Well, I have to be back soon, exploring that hidden charm. Love my country a lot!

@illidian11 Politicians in our country and yours created the mess, your govt was corrupt too, gonna blame that on us regular citizens?. We have no control over what happens. My father was Native American, an Apache. He told us to never bring up the evil past. You need to stop the hate. I would rather have you as friend, I grew up in the 70′s with many Vietnamese friends. I love them like family because I took time to understand, you need to as well.

  14. iggy58 says:

I came here to admire what man has not destroyed yet. I am a diver and enjoy exploration and fellow humans cultures. Although different, any culture on this Earth is my culture. Hate is what divides us. Let us enjoy the Earth and the Beauty in Vietnam. Take your hate somewhere else.

  15. iggy58 says:

@shankloc No lie, the small group of politicians that ruin it for the rest of us in the USA get the riches, and we later generations still get the stink eye from the world. They blame that on us. I guess the Vietnamese corruption rampant in the US food stamp program and elsewhere is out fault too?

  17. MrFraneque says:

Crazy, man. U’re really a fortunate and lucky person, been able to feel that. Just infinite thanks to show me the sensations you experienced there in. I love lighting and the ambience of the shots. I hope to get there once, but your stills may be enough for one life. Caves here are not such big chambers…Keep on going!
