It is a round up of the long journey, when the pair rode east from London to New York across Eurasia and North America.

Given the number of countries that went through the advance team of delays and problems in the various borders that would have to cross, particularly in Africa. However, after his experiences in the journey along the Round, including problems with Russian visas, a fine for lack of a stamp in your notebook paper and border delays of up to 12 hours a major focus of the preparatory phase was the planning for transit between countries.

Although the U.S. crew members were forbidden to enter Libya, this was planned before his arrival at the border. Upon his arrival in Tunisia, the team had to bribe local authorities with a couple of bottles of vodka to ease its passage through the country, which supposed to be part of the course, as he traveled through Africa. However, despite the short delay to a few hours were common, there were few significant problems at border crossings, as they headed south.
