A tattoo is a form of body modification where a design is made by inserting ink, dyes, and pigments. Tattoos can be indelible or temporary. It is a form of art getting more and more popular with each day.

But tattoo is much more than just lines on your body. The symbolism of tattoos is often reserved for the one wearing them.

In this documentary, we take a look a bit further than just tattoo art. The documentary provides a deep look into the history, culture, and lives of the world’s top black tattoo artists. It tells their amazing story and how they turned a dream into a reality.

The documentary took three years to make, and involves locations from Atlanta to Amsterdam.
