Dick would be a good boss…if he didn’t get blinded by greed.

  2. MrsSarb says:

That’s true…..I think the government bailed out too many of the banks as it was…..what the banks were doing was very risky and they wouldn’t have taken on that risk if they truly thought they could go bankrupt…..they did it thinking that they had nothing to lose and now it seems like the government bailouts will never end

  3. its so easy to talk right now what happened in the past that everyone forgets that what happened acctually was the most reasonable decision made…

Lehmans was the weakest one of the herd and got put down to smarten up the rest of them. Like they said it’s kill or be killed.

ilias2oo6, why dont you shut the fuck up, and stop launching such aggressive attacks on people who are merely making a statement. At least acknowledge it in a more respectful manner. 13. company & personal bank accounts are different.

  14. No debate, Lehmans should have been rescued like EVERYONE ELSE!! And look what BofA got for taking Merril Lynch. Stock at less than 2.00 even after a bailout. All got bailouts EXCEPT Lehmans, why? Could it be Paulson wanted Lehmans to fail because of his ties to Goldman Sachs? Imagine major corporations needing to take out loans to make payroll. There is something seriously wrong with that.

  15. obaidCarkey says:

that dick fuld still has 600 million in his bank account!

  16. sosdkny says:

“I have never experienced that before and I am sure I will never experience that again” NO YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THAT AGAIN!!

  17. gaums says:

Maybe you should lower your corporate tax. I hear that creates a lot of revenue.

  18. tibic says:

Thain’s a jackass. If the GOV saved LB, anyone would thought that they will be bailed out no matter what and the risk would rise even more. Paulson did the right thing/ He’s the unsung hero of the crisis.

  19. To big to fail is on hbo on demand
