I would say "loved" except that I felt it was not as well edited as it could have been and was overlong. All the same, the creative unifying device of doing a DSM classification of "The Corporation" as a person was BRILLIANT and right on. I really like this movie. You can do the same kind documentaries on marriage, men, women, children, homo sapiens, government, politial parties, Parliament, church and they will all look as ”evil” as the corporation. It is enough to gather some disparate facts, all bad examples and connect them in a conspiracy theory. I wonder how many corporations are involved in the making of this movie, whose shares do the film makers own, how many coroporations profit from the distribution of the film and so on. The software Open source movement is the perfect example to be moving in this direction. I hope in years to come Mankind will be able to create a model which is profitable enough to sustain and also ensure there is more collaborative approach to business. This is an excellent Documentary. I could not put it down. This documentary seems to be based on the book, and to be a collaboration of Bakan and others to get the message out. The corporations are ruling, dominating and repressing and destroying the world, and must be harnessed before they destroy us all and the earth upon which we all depend . . . before it's too late. Too bad most Americans either don't know, don't wanna know and, even worse, don't care. This is why success will be achieved in places like Bolivia, and may not ever be achieved here. Too bad.
