This documentary tracks the lives of five primary school kids, Thai, Connor, Sohan, Mia and her twin brother Kian. It takes a close look at the astounding and unexpectedly harsh fitness regimes the children underwent to train themselves to be the best Thai fighters in Britain.

Personal interviews with parents of these children, who had invested everything they had to make their children stand out, revealed their obsession and passion with this sport; they felt that Thai Boxing had a very positive effect on the kids as well as on their relationship with them.

They overlooked the dangers of introducing children as young as four or five to organized fighting. They believe if they are good enough to fight, they are old enough!
