Directed and produced by Brian Schodorf this film is an exploration of how the drug affects the homeless population suffer from society as a whole with exclusive interviews with key Chicago political and social leaders.

Schodorf relation to men allows the viewer to have a true insight into what life is like a permanent resident of the streets.

Poverty in Chicago, too, explores the devastating loss of more than 150 lives in the winter of 2006 at the hands of a deadly epidemic of heroin.
