What is Islam? Who is Muhammad? This is the first documentary part 3 narrated by Ben Kingsley about Islam and attempts to answer these questions. This part is about the life of the Prophet Muhammad, his early life, his encounter with the God Almighty and the birth of Islam.
Islam became a revitalizing force of a barbaric Arabia, returning people to God and bringing back the monotheistic message of Christianity and Judaism in its most powerful. Women of Islam gave them rights which husbands, racism was annihilated and the rich became equal to the poor.

According to Islam, Abraham wasn’t the first believer in the One Absolute God, Adam and Eve were, followed by their children. This monotheistic faith got corrupted over time, and God sent prophets like Noah, Idris, Enoch, and Abraham to remind the people of the One Absolute God.

actually the ancient christians would have lived along side with the muslims like the jews did with the christians, its the roman empire and its corrupt leaders that were slaughtering people with different beliefs, not true christians of those days.

Grouping all of us Americans together as a bunch of propaganda pumping morons is just a bad as grouping all Muslims together as extremists and terrorists. Neither are true, and you should think it through before you make a reverse discriminatory statement like that.
@ Brother Yusuf you shouldn’t talk about other religions like that. These are extremist ideas. Because first of all it wasn’t exactly Islam which brought down the Meccans. It was the huge army they saw in front of them. Secondly Christanity is the largest religion in the world (Mind it that I am a muslim). And thirdly Jews are one of the strongest nation in the world. Muslims should focus on their own well being instead of conquering other religions. Please do not waste your time doing that.
