One wonders if LSD could be the next drug in the doctor arsenal. Outlawed in 1970, LSD the street drug has acquired the reputation of being a very dangerous drug employed by agents of counterculture. The drug is capable of inspiring either moments of genius or a descent into madness.
The film talks about the new experiments which have been conducted and which suggest this drug could become a pharmaceutical in future.
Science is relooking at the psychedelic world and the first human LSD trials in more than 35 years.
The popularity of this drug cannot be decreased. According to LSD’s inventor Albert Hofmann it was the medicine for the soul. The Beatles wrote songs about it. Secret military mind control experiments exploited its hallucinogenic powers.

What, are you crazy? DMT has the most practical use! When people take it, it totally changes their life. They sometimes get to communicate with “God”, or other intelligent otherworldly beings. They know they are in a completely different dimension. People don’t take DMT just to “trip”, it’s a life changing experience.
If that’s true, then why don’t they make alcohol illegal? Alcohol destroys brain cells, and ruins your liver? And why not tobacco? It gives you black lung, lung cancer, heart cancer, yellows your teeth, esophagus, and multiple other things. Fuck you.
Actually DMT has very little practical use in comparison to LSD. LSD can be used for psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. DMT on the other hand is mainly used by people that like to be like “wow man tripping out man, I’m a dope head maaan”.

Environment is key. You shouldn’t take these things alone. They go over it in this documentary, that people taking LSD in sterile environments develop psychosis. You get a similar effect by putting people in single cells with nothing to do but look into a wall. When you deprive the body of interaction you begin to expire both physically and psychically – but first psychically of course.
Partly right. Religion has been twisted into a tool of controlling masses of people. It’s funny that religion probably started from much the same source as psychedelics though. I was already happy and loving and accepting before doing hallucinogens, but after doing mushrooms, which was one of the best experiences of my entire life, I feel differently about everything and my life is becoming EVEN BETTER than it was before. I’m going to take LSD at coachella this weekend and I hope to have an equal or better experience
I tried LSD last Wednesday, and it was life changing. It was a sunny day over here in my calm neighborhood, when I began to feel the effects. I’ll be honest, I was a little bit anxious when it first started kicking in, only because I did not know what to expect. But I trusted myself and accepted I took this drug. One of my first things I realized was how clearly your perception changes. I’m sorry, but there is so much to say. I told my father I loved him. Family comes first.
