It’s a parody of a 1970′s cartoon called “Ludwig”. Ludwig was an egg-shaped gem who lived amongst various woodland animals and bloody loved to play a bit of Beethoven whenever the opportunity presented itself.

A friend of mine died trying to climb Mt. Nosey Bonk. I hear that his last words were AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU.
“Millions of pounds worth of improvements to Sheffields architecture” ! XD!*Shots fired*
I am never going to sleep again!!
mt nosey bonk…AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU. AND KNIFE YOU.
Probably not, it looks like it was made up for this (plus the credits say post production was done by “Manhattan Project Ltd”…). But it’s really similar to stuff like “When the Wind Blows” – and that’s harrowing. It looks like a cuddly cartoon made by the same people as “The Snowman” and “Father Christmas”, but its actually about an elderly couple who slowly die due to starvation and radiation poisoning after a nuclear attack. Brr.
If only lol
According to a wikipedia page it is but there isn’t much information on it and there are no citations.
I found that quite comforting. I think something in my brain is wired wrong…
is Orlov real? I really want to know cause if it was it would’ve been harrowing to everyone
Candle Cove was definitely the creepiest TV program
I’d like Brooker to have done this after that rape advert started being on every channel. I really resent having to watch that.
“Why does everybody have to die?” Ya know, you really shouldn’t try to scare people to death over death.
Did they actually get in a man with a burnt face who was shown on the TV in 1982 just to joke about the footage for a couple of seconds? Kudos to them.
He is also highly critical (and snarky) about the internet, some types of books, video games and every newspaper (including the Guardian for whom he occasionally writes a column) in Britain in his other stuff. But his brief is television and he is more known for his unique approach to TV criticism so that’s why this stuff concentrates on TV.

“Simply wouldn’t have happened if he’d have used a wooden kite. Idiot.” LOL!!!! I’m an American, but the UK in general always has some great stuff on TV! Well, somewhat; most American and UK TV(or hybrids thereof, like stuff on Science or Discovery channels, produced and filmed in both places sometimes) is a terrible waste of time, but every now and then, there’s some great stuff! You guys over there are so jaded and cynical and sarcastic, it’s great tho
As much as I fully understand, and in many ways agree with, the point being made here, why is it only television on the chopping block, when just as easily any of the other various media formats can and have been utilized just as horrifically? Oh well, at least when it comes to fiction, I’ll take books and TV over anything else any day.
