April 12, 1961 – Yuri Gagarin is about to do what no other person has seen in the history of humanity – Earth from space.
Over the next 108 minutes you will see that most people in life. What places the first cosmonaut waited silently gliding over the world below? How does it feel to see the oceans and continents sailing from such a height?
In a unique collaboration with the European Space Agency, and the crew of Expedition 26/27 International Space Station, this film shows what Gagarin first witness of the past fifty years.
By matching the orbital path of the Space Station, to the extent possible, the Gagarin’s Vostok spacecraft and shooting the same view of the Earth through the new giant dome window, astronaut Paolo Nespoli, and documentary filmmaker Christopher Riley, have captured a new view high-definition digital Earth below half a century after Gagarin’s first witness.
Weave these new viewpoints, along with historical recordings of the time Gagarin (with Englsih subtitles) and an original score by composer Philip Sheppard, this is a fascinating movie to share with people around the world in this historic anniversary.

Человек сформировался как коллективное существо 200000 лет назад. Большую часть своей истории человечество прожило при первобытном коммунизме. Классовое общество, государство, деньги и частная собственность возникли лишь 7000-5000 лет назад. Человеку свойственнен коллективизм, и коммунизм наиболее соответствует человеческому виду. Капитализ-противоестественнен, он уродует личность человека. Будущее человечества-высокотехнологический коммунизм.

I was just a boy when Yuri went up. I was so impressed. My father explained to me the glorious moment for mankind that we had up front. Russia won round one of the space race , USA won round two, reaching the Moon, China is set to take round three. No the space race is not over. China will be the first to put a Human on Mars and to start seriously exploiting space. I hope USA gets back in the space race.
i dont care where yuri is from. he is a human being. a human creature who was able to fly above the earth. an ability only angels have. in human form to witness what he saw. is a mind opener. it leaves every one watching in awe , amazement and astonishment. praise the human race.
