Zustandswechsel (Change of State or Changing Lanes) talks about the status of hemp in Styria – a region that is deeply rooted in Austria’s rather conservative culture.
The film shows that beneath the time-honored surface which is steeped in history, there exists a subculture. This sub culture is far larger than what one would probably expect.
This area is equivalent to any state of the nation given the power of the drug cannabis.
The documentary includes interviews of executive branch, medicine, hemp insiders, marijuana users, etc.
what the film shows that there is a huge supply of these drugs provide a huge demand for the same lurks too.
